Whether she’s helping someone set up a payment plan or providing tips to save on energy, her compassion and knowledge are evident in every interaction.

Nikki’s passion for her work is matched by her personal life, where she finds joy in the little things. Her guilty pleasure? Spoiling her beloved cat, Noni, with treats and toys. Her love for animals reflects her kind and nurturing personality, qualities that clearly translate into her work.
When asked about what inspires her, Nikki speaks lovingly of her father, who was a successful business owner for over 30 years before his passing in July 2023. He was her biggest supporter and constant source of wisdom, always encouraging her to believe in herself and her abilities. Nikki carries his lessons with her every day and knows he would be incredibly proud of the path she has taken.
Living Life with Purpose and Passion
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys traveling, with Athens, Greece, holding a special place in her heart. Visiting the historical city allowed her to connect with her roots and learn more about her culture, making the trip an unforgettable experience.
She also loves a good story, whether it’s through her favorite movie, Pretty Woman, or diving into a book like The Wedding People by Alison Espach. And if her life had a soundtrack, it would feature a diverse mix of tunes—from the inspiring Trust in You by Lauren Daigle to the upbeat fun of Cyndi Lauper’s Girls Just Want to Have Fun.
