Working from home doesn’t mean working alone

On July 31st, Liveops hosted its inaugural roadshow in the Chicagoland area. Over 50 agents and staff from Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona and Nebraska congregated at Westwood Tavern in Schaumburg, Illinois to connect, collaborate and learn.

This was the third roadshow of 2018, which focused on continuing Liveops’ objectives to bring agents together in a face-to-face environment, proving that while agents work independently, they are by no means alone. The event also fostered impactful peer-to-peer learning opportunities by sharing best practices and troubleshooting common obstacles in groups, as well as engaging in an open Q&A session with CEO, Greg Hanover, and SVP of Operations, Ron Williamson.

The roadshow experience

Here are a few of the things agents in attendance had to say about the event:

“It was a learning experience for me, because each and every person I interacted with had something valuable to say. …I walked away knowing more than I came with.” – Tonya

“This was my first Roadshow, and I have to say, I was impressed! I got to meet some really warm, wonderful people there…  I learned how to be more productive for my business, and that Liveops is not just a “virtual” world!” – Carmen

“I enjoyed the road show and meeting all of the other people.  The bingo was a great opener.  It made everyone table hop and meet new people.

I am looking forward to next year’s road show.  I will be keeping track of some of the new friends that I met.” – Dorothy

“The Chicago Roadshow was fun and entertaining. Everyone was so nice. Met lots of agents. We had great conversations, ate yummy food and received cool gifts. Congrats again to the ladies who won the raffles! I had a blast and if you have never been to a Roadshow, I highly recommend going if you can.” – Shannon
