At Liveops, we are proud to shine the spotlight on agents who go above and beyond to make a difference. This November, we’re thrilled to recognize Trish as the New Agent of the Month!

Since starting to provide customer support for a healthcare client program, Trish has already made a significant impression on the agent community. Her proactive support and dedication have not gone unnoticed, especially by the Talent Acquisition team, who nominated her for this well-deserved recognition.

A New Journey, A Strong Start

Trish’s journey with Liveops began when she signed up earlier this year. However, it wasn’t until late July that she fully committed to becoming an agent after overcoming a personal setback—breaking her foot! Despite the delay, once she was up and running, Trish immediately stood out.

She chose a healthcare client program as her first project and quickly began making significant contributions, particularly in assisting fellow new agents.

Her willingness to share her insights on navigating the Liveops website and FAQs has eased the onboarding process for many. Trish’s helpful suggestions on where to find information and explore new opportunities have empowered fellow agents to navigate their journey with confidence and ease.

Finding Success as a Home-Based Business Owner

For Trish, the decision to join Liveops as an agent was driven by a desire for flexibility in her professional life. After struggling to find a role that fit her schedule, she discovered Liveops and was immediately impressed by the variety of opportunities available. Now, she is thriving in her role with the healthcare client program, where she applies her passion for helping others while maintaining control over her schedule.

Her advice for others looking to succeed in a home-based business? “Make yourself accountable, either to yourself or someone else. The best way to be successful is to be accountable.” This simple yet powerful approach has been her guiding principle in achieving success as an agent.

Inspired by Family, Fueled by Passion

Outside of providing customer service, Trish finds inspiration in her family. Watching her loved ones persevere through difficult times has been a source of motivation for her. Her love for storytelling and creativity also extends into her personal interests—she’s a big fan of Tim Burton and Danny Elfman, with “The Nightmare Before Christmas” being her favorite movie.

When it comes to travel, Hawaii holds a special place in her heart. Although she wouldn’t want to live there, Trish fondly recalls the island’s friendly people, stunning scenery, and mouthwatering cuisine. It’s a place where she felt welcomed and always well-fed!

Given the chance, Trish would love to have a heart-to-heart with her late father. They reconnected a year before his passing, and she discovered more about his life, including his time in the special forces during Vietnam. This newfound understanding of his struggles has deepened her appreciation for the sacrifices he made.

With her love of books, movies, and eclectic music, Trish’s life soundtrack would be a diverse mix of everything—from John Grisham novels to the magical scores of Danny Elfman. Her vibrant personality shines through in her work, making her a valuable asset to Liveops Nation.

Congratulations, Trish, on your outstanding contributions and for being the November New Agent of the Month! Your dedication, passion, and willingness to help others truly set you apart. We can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next!
