With his wife running a nail salon and their children at critical stages in their lives—not to mention a new and very attached puppy—working from home became the perfect solution.
Since joining Liveops as a self-employed independent contractor providing virtual teleservices, Jeremy has consistently demonstrated his dedication and resourcefulness. He began contracting for a major retail client in April 2022, quickly making a positive impact.
Jeremy is described as kind, eager to learn, and always willing to go the extra mile. These qualities propelled him to VIP status and into our first group of Liveops Tier 2 agents. His proactive approach to professional development and commitment to continuous improvement have significantly contributed to his success.
