Agent Spotlight: Marco, Finding Purpose Through Balance and Care

Every month, we recognize a standout individual who provides services through Liveops and demonstrates dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to helping others. 

This month, we’re proud to celebrate Marco, the newest Agent of the Month. 

Marco supports two programs through his Liveops business, helping keep rides smooth and safe and assisting people through the hiring process. After receiving praise from both programs at a recent Roadshow, he is being recognized for the dependable service and positive attitude he brings to each.

A Purpose Rooted in Helping Others 

For Marco, motivation comes from making a meaningful difference behind the scenes. 

Whether he is supporting people using a service or helping someone through the hiring process, Marco finds fulfillment in knowing he has made another person’s day a little easier. He approaches each interaction with care and gives each commitment his full attention. 

Running his own Liveops business also gives Marco room to pursue the people and passions that matter most to him. That combination of purpose and flexibility keeps him motivated. 

Owning His Schedule 

Marco’s top advice for running a successful Liveops business is simple: “Own your schedule. Don’t let it own you.” 

He believes finding a rhythm that works for your life makes it easier to stay focused during each commitment. Whether he is providing live ride support or completing employment verification tasks, Marco aims to deliver quality results while making time for life outside his business. 

For him, strong time management creates freedom. 

A Routine That Helps Him Refocus 

Before logging in, Marco takes 30 to 45 minutes to clear his mind. He might go for a run, enjoy a few quiet moments of reflection, or take a motorbike ride to grab coffee. 

That reset helps him prepare for the different kinds of support his programs require. By creating a little space before each commitment, he can transition between responsibilities and begin with focus. 

Learning to Step Away 

Looking back, Marco wishes he had known sooner that success does not require being available around the clock. 

Early on, it was easy to feel that every update needed immediate attention or that every available commitment should be claimed. Over time, he learned the value of closing his laptop and fully enjoying his downtime. 

Setting that boundary helps him return to his business feeling sharper, happier, and ready to provide excellent service. When his commitments end, he puts his phone down and makes time for family, friends, and the activities he enjoys. 

A Conversation He Would Treasure 

If Marco could have lunch with anyone, he would choose Jesus. He would want to talk about philosophy, human nature, and life. 

Marco is inspired by teachings about empathy, peace, unconditional love, and treating others with dignity. He especially admires the example of showing compassion to people who have been excluded. 

Outside of his business, Marco enjoys reading, movies, television, music, and creative pursuits. 

His favorite book is The Art of Thinking Clearly, and his favorite movie is The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Friends tops his list of television shows, while “Heroes” is his favorite song. 

Looking Ahead 

This year, Marco is excited to keep pushing his physical and creative limits. He hopes to reach new personal bests in running, develop his artistic abilities, and explore painting. 

He is also looking forward to travel, spontaneous experiences, and making new memories with family and friends. 

Marco’s story shows how purpose, thoughtful time management, and healthy boundaries can work together. His dependable support across two programs and his care for the people he serves make him a deserving Agent of the Month.
