This month, we’re proud to celebrate Evonne, the newest Agent of the Month!

Evonne began her Liveops journey in 2021 and joined her current program two years ago. Since then, she has built a reputation for reliability, strong performance, and a willingness to consistently show up at a high level. 

Her support team highlighted not only her impressive metrics but also the thoughtful and positive attitude she brings to every interaction. Whether supporting customers or collaborating with fellow agents, Evonne approaches her work with care, professionalism, and a commitment to doing her best. 

That consistency has helped her stand out as a trusted and valued member of her program. 

A Strong “Why” 

For Evonne, success starts with family. 

She and her husband have been married for nearly 23 years, and together they have built a life centered around support, faith, and shared commitment. As the parent of a 14-year-old son, she values being present for the moments that matter while continuing to contribute professionally. 

Her faith also plays an important role in her life, helping her stay focused, grounded, and motivated through both personal and professional challenges. 

That sense of purpose influences how she approaches her work every day. 

Preparation Creates Confidence 

One of Evonne’s keys to success is preparation. 

She believes that delivering a great customer experience starts long before the first interaction of the day. Each morning, she takes time to ensure her technology is functioning properly, her notes are organized, and her workspace is ready. 

She also reviews program updates and reference materials so she feels informed and prepared before beginning her scheduled commitments. 

To stay organized, Evonne follows a consistent routine that includes a daily checklist and an end-of-day system review. These habits help her remain focused, efficient, and ready to provide a high level of service. 

For Evonne, preparation isn’t just part of the job—it’s part of building confidence and consistency.  

Building a Career Around Balance 

Throughout her professional journey, discipline and strong work habits have remained important foundations for Evonne’s success. 

After stepping away from the workforce in 2017 to focus on her family, she later discovered Liveops as an opportunity to contribute financially while maintaining the flexibility and balance that mattered most to her household. 

That ability to create a schedule that supports both personal responsibilities and professional goals has allowed her to build a sustainable path forward while remaining present for her family. 

For Evonne, success isn’t about choosing between work and life. It’s about creating a balance that allows both to thrive.
