Volunteer month: A culture of compassion in action

Each June, our team comes together for Volunteer Month—a time dedicated to community, collaboration, and service. Every employee receives 16 hours of paid Volunteer Time Off to contribute in a way that’s meaningful to them.

From packing care kits to joining virtual volunteer rooms to hosting clean-up events, we celebrate giving back in every form. Whether solo or team-led, these efforts reflect our shared belief in improving people’s lives, one act of kindness at a time.

Quarterly giving: Philanthropy with purpose

Every quarter, the Liveops Philanthropy Committee selects a nonprofit organization to spotlight. Fundraising activities, donation drives, and creative awareness efforts are planned and executed by our internal teams—with participation across all departments.

These quarterly spotlights empower employees to support causes they care about, and to explore new ways of making an impact, both locally and virtually.

Everyday impact: Ongoing ways to give back

Beyond dedicated initiatives, we encourage year-round giving. Liveops employees donate supplies to shelters, organize neighborhood clean-ups, send cards to hospitalized children, and more—all using their paid volunteer time.
