Beyond the Job: Jason’s Passion for Animals and Family
Outside of his contracting work with Liveops, Jason is a dedicated animal lover and caretaker. He and his husband have a home filled with rescue animals, including four dogs, eight guinea pigs, two bunnies, three snakes, three bearded dragons, a tank full of fish, and eight turtles. Their “zoo,” as Jason fondly calls it, is a testament to their compassion and love for giving animals a safe and happy home.
When asked about his inspiration, Jason points to his husband, who encourages him to keep pushing toward their shared dreams.
“Running a home-based business can be tough, but my husband is always there to motivate me when I need it most. He’s my biggest supporter.”
In his downtime, Jason enjoys indulging in his guilty pleasure—anything chocolate and peanut butter—and catching up on his favorite TV show, Schitt’s Creek. He also has a deep love for travel, with Niagara Falls being one of his favorite destinations.
When asked what song would best describe his life, Jason humorously chose Hakuna Matata from The Lion King. It’s a philosophy he lives by—don’t stress, keep moving forward, and always aim to reach your goals.
