Agent Spotlight: Janet – Excellence Through Dedication and Heart

Every month, we recognize a standout individual who provides services for Liveops and raises the bar for customer support. This month, we’re celebrating Janet, honored as the newest Agent of the Month for her extraordinary performance and dedication. 

Janet’s recent results have been nothing short of exceptional. She not only surpassed expectations but set new standards—achieving an average handle time of three minutes or less on more than 25% of her calls, while handling over 2,300 calls in May 2025. Her commitment led to nearly 600 successful conversions in a single month, demonstrating both consistency and excellence.

Building a Home Business with Purpose 

Janet began providing services with Liveops in April 2022. For her, working from home has been a blessing—saving time and costs from commuting while giving her more flexibility to spend with family and care for her two rescue dogs, Jasper and Hobo. 

She previously supported insurance-related programs and now provides services for a new client. “I’m so happy to have the opportunity to do the same types of calls here,” she shared. 

When asked her top tip for running a successful home-based business, Janet’s response was thoughtful: 

“Love what you do. Treat people the way you would want to be treated. Be reliable, use your resources, and learn everything you can to make yourself more knowledgeable and more sure of yourself. Knowledge is power.” 

This mindset has guided her to continued growth and success. 

Life Beyond the Headset 

Outside of her business, Janet is a proud mother of three daughters and a grandmother of (almost) two. Her 19-month-old grandson is the joy of her life, and she eagerly awaits the arrival of her granddaughter. “Nothing makes me happier than spending time with him,” she said. 

Her inspirations are her children and grandson, who motivate her to keep striving to be her best self. 

Janet also enjoys DIY projects, from plumbing and electrical work to crafting and sewing. “YouTube is my go-to for everything,” she joked, sharing how she’s even built fireplaces and fences on her own. 

A Love for Travel and Memories 

Though she hasn’t traveled extensively, Janet cherishes memories of visiting Hawaii, where she rode horseback through mountains overlooking the ocean, and Washington State, where she experienced the breathtaking scenery of Mount Rainier and the charming snow-filled town of Leavenworth. 

If given the chance, she’d love to have one more lunch with her parents—to thank them for their sacrifices and share her gratitude. 

Looking Ahead 

Janet’s story is one of dedication, family, and resilience. Whether it’s delivering exceptional results on calls, offering her wisdom to others, or finding joy in life’s simple pleasures, she continues to inspire everyone around her.
