As CEO, Maynard brings almost 30 years of experience developing and leading high-growth companies to his role at LiveOps. He joins LiveOps most recently from eBay where he served as Chief Operating Officer. At eBay, Maynard directed engineering and technology operations, product development, customer support, trust and safety, global billing, human resources, and legal functions. |
| Prior to eBay, Maynard was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Gateway, Inc. He has also held management and leadership positions at Bay Networks, Quantum Corporation, Thomas-Conrad Corporation and IBM. A respected member of the Silicon Valley technology community, Maynard sits on the boards of several successful companies, including Salesforce.com, Admob and Baynote. Maynard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University. | |
Jon Temple - President, Worldwide Operations

Jon serves as LiveOps President of Worldwide Operations and is responsible for all marketing, revenue generating, partner and customer facing functions. Jon previously served as Executive Vice President, for the Worldwide Field Organization at Hyperion where he managed sales, global support, field marketing, channels and alliances, technical services and the other field operational functions. |
| Jon helped accelerate Hyperion's position as the worldwide leader in Enterprise Performance Management culminating in the successful $3.3B acquisition of the Company by Oracle in 2007. Jon has over 20 years experience in enterprise software. Prior to joining Hyperion, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Above All Software, a privately held firm providing business integration software. He earlier spent 12 years at Business Objects in a variety of executive sales and operational leadership positions. During his tenure, Business Objects grew to become the leading worldwide business intelligence vendor, with annual revenues of more than $900 million. Prior to Business Objects, Temple held various sales and account management roles at Information Builders. He also serves on the board of directors at Host Analytics, Inc., a business performance management company. Jon has a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. | |

She joined LiveOps after serving as vice president of human resources for eBay and, most recently, Shopping.com, a global division of eBay, where she was responsible for maintaining a division culture while simultaneously |

Prior to joining eBay, Nancy served as director of human resources for 3Com Corporation where her responsibilities spanned division and corporate HR needs. Earlier in her career, she was a compensation consultant to Towers Perrin, a leading management consulting firm. Nancy holds a MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Clark University. | |

Jeremy is responsible for the continued growth and success of the Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. Jeremy joined LiveOps from eBay where he was the leader of the Architecture and Engineering teams responsible for the eBay Trading platform. In his seven years at eBay, Jeremy drove the complete redesign and rebuild of the eBay architecture, site and backend systems. He was responsible |
| for choosing the new development platform and in charge of feature delivery for now one of the world's most heavily trafficked Java platforms. His team grew from 30 to well over 300 and delivered some of eBay's most critical features like international expansion, PayPal integration and dozens of other trading features.
